  • I make about 70 tyo 100 jars per year from tomatoes I grew in the garden!

    I even make my own marinara and oiza sauces.

  • The housing industry is highly regulated by the government and many people don't seem to realize this.

    Zoneing laws artifically increase the price of houses because they delay and restrict their construction.

    The gov has a strangle hold on the whole industry... from where/when and IF houses can be built, to the loans that are given out to pay for them, by banks that are controled by the gov.

    I like the fact he's teaching us how to make collodiol silver, cooking sauces, etc.

    I do have to admit though, I wish he went on some about Pressure Canning. I thought about doing a video on pressure canning but I don't really know how to edit videos yet.

  • Spaggetti sauce is great! you can mix it with almost any kind of noodles.. you can mix it with beans... and you can mix it with rice. some last untill 2011 so get em now while you still can.. great vid bubba.. 5 stars!

  • I got a huge jug of Kikoman's Soy Sauce from BJ's for about $4. With soy sauce, a little dap goes a loooonnngg way in rice. So, I imagine that I'd have enough soy sauce to flavor a hundred pounds of rice. They also had terriaki and other flavors of Kikoman's. Survivalists should pick up a bottle or two.

  • Looks great, close to my wifes recipe, after the total collapse of civilization that is imminent a good tomato sauce can liven things up, we all should have a large stock of pasta and rice etc, without a good sauce survival would be well....bland. It pays to make a few gallons then freeze it. Like the fresh herbs, its the way to go, have to get them planted yet. I use fresh herbs all summer then dry them for winter use.

    I'm going to send you a self addressed stamped envelope for a sample! lol

  • If it's post and all you can do is whole tomatoes, then cook the tomatoes for a short time and the skins will peel off, peel then crush with your hands and use whatever (sauce) spices you can get your hands on....nice sauce recipe bubba, thanks. Do you can your sauce?

    Also want to point out that voices can be separated out and background conversations/noises brought up while your voice is filtered out, I know you don't usually have this issue.
