To answer your question, this is not a Muslim song and what I believe your referring to as songs is really the recitation of the word of God (Quran). When we are reciting the word of God, we do it with full conviction and sincerity. It is not comical or musical to us at all. This is also why you don't hear applause, laughter or cheering after the recitation is complete. You might hear the words God is Great a few times but that's about it.
