@Mudflap70 The two most common possibilities are (1) that you either have a faulty cartridge (which can be discounted by interchanging the cartridge to another slot as per the video) or (2) one of the maintenance kit parts needs to be replaced on the machine - which usually is the trailing cable. I have the same problem, but it would seem to be a hardware problem. What should my next step be?
