What, what's the confusion all about?

Portugal is in Europe and Brazil in South America. Both countries speak Portuguese but with different accents and some vocabulary is different too. A bit like British English and Americam English. Portugal and Brazil are two different cultures even though Brazil was discovered by the Portuguese and there are lots of Brazilians with Portuguese ancestors and family in Portugal. They're different countries such as Spain and Mexico or UK and USA.
