Quick question: Do you find that the clay, when it's unbaked and you're working with it, stains your hands? I wanted to do an activity when I babysat with polymer clay and I don't want to have them be a different color.

@crazygal365 the package does say it will stain but ive never had anything really stain as long as you clean it up right away. I do get the color reside on my hands but I just wash that off. Depending on their age I would get a different clay. An air dry clay like cold porcelain. Two crafts on one! they can make stuff then paint it lol ;)

I heard that clear nail polish rots the clay charms.... The glaze is only around ten dollars :) not including tax. Going to Michaels today, restocking on clay supplies and buying that pretty glitter paint! :D

polish will leave the clay slightly sticky so i would coat that with glaze. I glazed my penguin with clear nail polish and now I have a fuzzy penguin cause hes full of dust lol ^_^
