ISI are not terrible, the Bin Laden affair was an embarresment, and every agency has had a few of those, but the ISI's record speaks for itself, better than all the rest.

clearly you have no idea what intelligence officers do. they do not run around with guns and DPM's like the special forces or wear items of clothing saying who they are. Not unless they are complete imbeciles.
The work of an intelligence officer is that of a quite, confined and controlled manner, analysis and dissemination of product to the correct departments allowing individual military and political leaders to operate in an intelligence lead fashion. British officers are'nt even armed.
