with these movies you have to look at them as a completely separate thing from the video games. Sure the video games are wicked awesome and I wish they could make a movie based completely on that (no Alice) but the movies aren't total crap. Just saw this movie today.Very good movie. My only complaint was the ending was kinda lame. I expected he movie to be slightly longer.Also where in the hell did that guy with the big axe come from? He is not in the game as far as i know. I hope the developers of the game get back to the horror genre. compare to the other movies this is far from natural. the 3D world has taken over with action scenes instead of a good plot. (dont get me wrong it was a good movie and all, but if anyone out there has played RE5, half the fight scenes and the plot and even some of characters come from the game. Its sorta dull if you know the games it feels like the plot was just copied from the game and they really paid more attention to the 3D action pact side of resident evil. Which made me pretty sad.

Well we can all thank Paul Anderson's penis for taking a potentially awesome game-to-movie series and turning it into a terrible Hollywood action movie. He basically gave Milla the franchise and made every character play second fiddle to Alice. The first film was cool because they showed how the virus got into Spencer mansion. But they shouldn't have made the entire series about Alice's mission to destroy UMB Corp. And what's with every fight scene being SLOW MOTION? EPIC FAIL :(

i just saw the movie and it was alright not bad but not amazing ya know. i wish the fights with the executioner and wesker were a little longer and more "kickass" i also wished they wouldve dxonw more with the clones.oh well i enjoyed the movie but am strongly dissapointed that resident evil movies are becoming something other than what they are meant to be.... RESIDENT EVIL... zombie killing... trying to find the damn cure to get the world back to normal and such...
