  • @nickgnaime -- simple man. be a jerk like me. bcoz a jerk like me get so many haters. d more haters u have, d more views u will receive. hehehehe,,,

but seriously, u should do a video about the riding position technique because u clearly know how to do it right. show the peeps how to knee drag. u r d man

  • @rheaMDC21 haha ohhh ok got it. Hmmm...be a jerk haha. I might have to work on that one!

  • @nickgnaime -- just kidding man. hehehe,, ride hard and upload more and more knee dragging vids.

  • peter chau lol man i like the video

  • tell a noobs

  • tha tippy tow

  • whats your left arm doing?

  • thank you for advice. i like it

    Cheers from Poland

  • You've got your steering input totally mixed up in that 'low and highside' rant along with a bunch of other ridiculous practices. Not trolling, just saying this guy's a noob - don't take his advice.

  • @darwin604 do you even ride motorcylces?

seems like you'r the noob here...

  • if u dont know how to turn ur bike sell it as fast as u can cuz ur a dumb ass

  • good english I can tell you try very hard

  • That left turn has been coming for a while ey?

  • BRILLIANT

  • Don't quit your day job at FukEm Yung house of egg roll

  • Sorry but I was looking at the bike the whole time.

  • you like cock......

  • my ears hurt from hearing that awful accent!

  • @stressLP So fucking what...deal with it.

  • You are a complete retard. If you want to learn how to ride buy a leather suit and ride on a track with novice and pro riders because your gonna get hurt. You suck!

  • The result can be (fucking) SHEETY, or devastating. ^^

  • haha come at me bro @ 3:38

  • disregard trolls bro good tips much appreciated

  • @rahimnfl

Yep, just what I was about to say - Youtube is full of retards so it's best not to pay attention to them. Besides, most of these trolls probably can't even speak English with an accent, let alone without it.

And to the OP - thanks for the tips, bro. You can never have one too many good advices.

    Cheers

  • nice tips, thnx

  • you say not to move the handle bar? then how do u counter steer..

  • @theman1114 when you are leaning...do not move the handle bar

  • Turning the handle bars to the left in a left will stand the bike up, to the right will lie the bike down even further, highsides and lowsides are caused by over throttle in a turn and the back wheel loosing grip, and if it regains grip to quickly you high side, if it never regains grip you low side

  • mensch! du machst jetzt die fusraste kapput

  • Well atleast his fingers are covering the break.

  • Teeepy toe :D

  • Why are you wearing sunglasses in your garage?

  • @MooPoo1980 Cause he's a boss.

  • @MooPoo1980 sleep talking.

  • @MooPoo1980 -- i had a black eye bcoz i got involved in a braul 2 days earlier before i uploaded this vid. my eyes is messed up. but don't worry, the guy who i beat up had worst than what i had.

  • 2 Thump up dude. Easy to understand. Thank a lot.

  • thumbs up for the good intention to share info but its only 50% correct..some riders would be confuse by your video and may endanger themselves...pls check out twist the wrist 2 by keith code for proper riding....before u misdirect other riders...

  • @fockerdonkey " twist the wrist 2 by keith code " got it 2 years ago and kneedown and good throtle control, vision and survival reaction's are not a problem anymore :-) It saved my life a couple of times !!

  • i have a question WHY YOU WEAR SUNGLASSES INDOOR!!!!!!(sorry for my english)

  • i thought all you had to do is counter steer?

  • shame to she chinese people that think they are cool

  • nice bike pre. para sa racing ba to? or pwede ba sa commuting rin?

  • take into consideration folks that sport bikes and standards have very different riding set ups and sitting and body positioning. Pegs are lower on standards, bars are higher, and your sitting more upright.

  • great video. teaches alot and really helped me.

you said that while in turn you should keep your handel bar firm and steady but you havent talked about the counter steering. arent you suppose to apply a slight pressure on one of the grips?

  • 3:40 say cheese! nice vid :)

  • nice video, now just lift some weights and u can be cast for a new season of the jersey shore...although u'd have more brains since u utilize proper body positioning :)

  • Right . I've done that as usual. Except on slick roads the tail wanted to slide way out. Reversing the lean onto bike(opposite knee direction) countering the weight forward/backwards properly+the accel+slight twitch of the bar to quickly run an S bend. But when the tires grip right ill lean as to my arms allowance.I still get weird looks when I lean my bike way to one side and am going straight, lol just a little counter of the steering and weight location. You are correct.I am just one of those.

  • you look like Ken Jeong!

  • That is nice shirt and the glasses indoor. You are cool now. And you ride motorbike. You must get all of the ladies now.

  • 6:01 hilarious

  • Hey great video!

I use the same riding positions when cornering and it works great!... There is only 1 thing i'dd like to share, @ the end you state you're handlebar should be steady or firm... Now i know what you say about high or lowsiding is absolutly true BUT it should also be worth mentioning that ANY RIDER should NOT have a death grip one's handlebars! DO NOT fight the front end of you're motorcycle beceause you will create instability... Source: Twist Of The Wrist 2 (by keith code)

  • hey man nice video and nice bike too. how tall are you?

  • Nice video, just one question, how to change direction quickly without applying too much power to steering.

Btw. I think in the end of the video when you said highside you ment lowside and vice versa.

  • no we can't see your eye sight it might help if you take your glasses off !!

  • 6:05 " The result could be....shitty...or devastating " shitty was clearly an understatement :D good video . keep it up !

  • pinoy ka no?

  • i am no rider or a fan, but i learned big things from a small package of gift! who knows of what i will be in the time. pero kailangan ko muna mag try at alisin ang fear of driving a motorbike

  • This is actually a good riding position, lower body and upper body must hang as far off the bike as possible so that you have more lean angle to work with. (more weight hanging off center of the bike, the less the bike has to lean for a certain corner speed).

  • @sonicnofadz It all depends on how fast, wide or sharp you're turning. Make your corrections before the turn. You dont want to be goin 10mph and make a body turn u should be doing at 30 mph and vice versa.

  • nice... thanks sa vid very informative...

  • nice vid.. you explain it claer :D

  • U still need to learn, Push right go right, push left go left

  • He does have a few valid tips but I ride in a more neutral riding position,I let the ground come to me.Deals Gap Tail of the Dragon rider.

  • How do you make a white turn?

  • 3:01 oh shit bro when I heard you say "pippy toe" I just busted out laughing lol. Keep the good work up and btw, I'm jealous of your monster edition Ninja! >:D

  • how fast do I need to enter a corner in kneedown position?

  • pinoy na pinoy! :)

  • 3:38 swag

  • NOW TRY THAT ON THE RIGHT SIDE ;P

  • Nice Bike !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dude, ur going to get someone killed. This is only for track. If someone needs to be in that position on a turn from a highway, or street, your going way to fast. Lol. But yes, great info for the turning.

  • u look like the asain guy from the hangover, but in a cooler, 2.0 version though... cool vid by the way, best of luck

  • tnank???

  • nice bike and yosh pipe man

  • nice information cool bike ninja&r1 :]

  • Thanks man, very informative. Told me just what I needed!

  • DUDE IS THIS RAELLY THE 2012 NINJA?

  • nice one for the tippy toe ! i will implement your tips when i ride my Ninja 250

  • that ninja is beautiful!!!

  • I don't want that

  • lol the "teepee toe" youre accents awesome. are you filipino?

  • dippy do, haha good video man, helped me a lot!

  • its ALMOST the proper position.

  • Damn you are funny but not bad vid :D

  • great vid.. but one problem........ i can only turn left.... what if i want 2 trun rite..... see these are the questions

  • @easterndora -- apply the same procedures. same thing.

  • @rheaMDC21 lol...ill try tht.....gr8 vids btw....

  • @rheaMDC21 can you demonstrate like on this video plz? but keep the bike stationary not moving.

  • @rheaMDC21 are you immune to sarcasm?

  • @rheaMDC21 he was joking

  • @easterndora there is no kickstand on the right side of his bike, therefore he cannot demonstrate the right turn posture properly

  • @easterndora You can't spell either, Right* Stupid fuck.

  • @easterndora just make a 270 degree left turn lol

  • @easterndora - it's simple.. if you want 2 turn rite- just turn left 3 times in a row

  • @easterndora put your laptop in front of a mirror and watch !

  • @easterndora LOL!!! That Made My Night!

  • @easterndora

He says it at 37 seconds man... "Your hands, your arm, your body and your legs to be relax."

  • would you recommend wearing a sleeveless shirt when you ride as well? =]

  • Great video man!

Thanks for taking the time to post it.

  • According to the california superbike school, you're supposed to lower your left shoulder if you are turning left and lower your right if you are turning right....

  • ok so you dont press the handle bars when your turning?? I use to have a ninja 250 and I was told to always press and lean. But on my R6 I tries that, and it feels like the tires dont want to turn or go in the direction I want them to.....am I suppose to just do counter steering

  • @2nothaveapurpose you always use countersteering in a turn (unless you moving at walking pace :p). it's hard to know without seeing you ride, but perhaps your arms could be too straight? try relaxing and keeping them bent. aim to get them parrallell to the ground almost. does that make sense? hope that helps

  • I will try

  • cool video, tip-i-toe :)

  • Nice video. Now that you have the chromakey background and Picture-In-Picture capabilities, maybe you can revised the video with your new video editing techniques.

  • @rancis71 -- thanks man. i've been using green screen and picture in picture since the old days. Back in early 2000. some of my old videos here on youtube were on top of a green screen. Thanks bro!

  • @rheaMDC21

You really should have your inside shoulder and arm dropped down below the tank. The reason is that it will be very difficult to add steering input they way you are positioned. Everything else looks great but on a moving bike you need to have your inside elbow pointing down. That way you are in position to countersteer the bike. What you are doing is supporting yourself with your left arm which will cause the bike to stand up and you will be getting up off the ground.

  • Shoulda wore gearing to influence those who don't wear to wear or buy gears. Plus it looks 10x Coolio!

  • Very good advice bro.... but not all riders r the same. Im 6'8". My body positioning isnt gonna be the same as an "average" sized rider or "short" rider.

  • "The result can be....sheeety." Good video man

  • Hey I appreciate the tips I'm a new rider took the course and ur instructions are the same !!! Nice bike!

  • This looks like a Tito Boy rendition of how to ride a bike! LOL

  • Fantastic instruction for good body positioning. Your instructions were clear and not rushed with plenty of pause time for the viewer to observe your position... Bravo!

  • Big fan mark. Another great vid. You should get some die cut stickers to send to fans.

  • this is good stuff

  • nice shadessss dude

  • now does speed have anything to do with turning like this?

  • 6:05 Shitty^^

  • I'm a new subscriber so hello! Love the vids, really awesome to see someone who knows something :) I had something to ask, I've recently started riding on my friends GSX-R600. My friend had actually learnt to ride from Cal Crutchlow, I'm not sure if this applies to road riding but he stressed the importance of dropping your inside elbow to make sure that your shoulders are parallel to the bars. I didn't see you do it so I was wondering if it's not a good idea or just because you're not moving?

  • @TheSpiralZeroTheory -- every rider who knows what he is doing has different riding style. If you will ask me, this is my riding style. Not for a hardcore rider but for a casual rider who rides a casual ride.

  • @rheaMDC21 Cool thanks for replying! Best to do what you find suits you then?

  • @TheSpiralZeroTheory Dude seriously it is all in the counter steer. Your body and legs will adjust naturally. I have a weird stance where the I keep my front balls of my feet on the pegs. At 6:25 your are wrong..I actually crank my steering wheel to the right and it makes you turn left. The harder you turn the bars to the right the more youll turn to the left. IDIOT quit teaching people mistakes. You will not high side if you turn your wheels to the right. In fact you will turn left

  • @TheSpiralZeroTheory To me that is the most important part of body positioning, dropping the shoulder into the turn, allows me to turn more quickly and my body is relaxed around my shoulders.

Im gonna go with Cal crutchlow on this one!

  • I cringe as he talks

  • also point with ur shoulder and always look where u wanna go

  • I never rest my arms on the tank, I will try that. Thanks for keeping the 09 zx6r !

  • Mark, do you incorporte counter-steering when you're going through the twisties? I saw another vid where the rider was saying counter-steering is more effective than using body positioning like you were demonstrating...btw, love the bike

  • @derreckataylor -- ofcourse! How would you make a turn w/o countersteering? body positioning and countersteering both play the role.

  • @00Cliffhanger00 -- wearing a sunglasses inside the garage. indoor. LOL!

  • nice video very effective! mark nextime breaking naman using front and rear specially in an emergency situation..

  • i say you sure, nobody turns that way you show us xDD no one

  • tippee-toe... useful :)

  • hats of man, plz do this kind of tutorials.. i don't think people would spend their time on this...thanks allot :) gr8 vid ;-D

  • nOw i havE an ideA.. Thanks kuyA mArk.. thE rigHt bOdy pOsitiOn.. brOom, brOom, broOooommm!! ..heHee

  • Mau!!!! Mau!!! lol j/k nice videos!

  • plz make more this kind of cilps.

  • 3:25 Strike that pose!

  • This video would be even better if there was a bikini-clad girl sitting on the bike demonstrating the proper positioning, (-with Mark doing the dialogue).

  • @MrKamechan -- LOL! you gave me an idea. will do next time. :-)

  • @RockAholickPiXioN

    just decals and color.

  • I can't decide which one is more sexier! The bike or the rider! LOL!

  • @FaithfulTrigger -- buwahahahaha!

  • @FaithfulTrigger lol i think the rider is so sexy! HI PAPA!!! ay bading

  • good info bro [2]

  • Shouldn't you both counter steer as well as body steer?

  • @rgaufman Dude, seriously-if you have a death wish use the so called voodoo that is body steer, it might not catch up to you now, but eventually it will be you demise in one shape form or another. Counter-steering works or just look for a Twist of the Wrist 2 by Keith Code, if you love twisties and want to learn more about riding tech.

  • @MrUrnameis Agreed guy has no clue. Except hes true that you do not need jerky movements..I actually jerk my bars in corners all the timme to make a tighter turn if im fading to on coming traffic or the ditch..

  • Don't try this on a BMW 1000RR You will highside a killer.

  • @pedroaguiaromundo Because when you switch the power on it comes too aggressive. You need to spend hours practicing.

  • @pedroaguiaromundo I think counter steering on some people is inherent specially if you use to ride bicycle a lot :) I did'nt notice I was doing it till I read it.

  • i like the bike. that's all.

  • good info bro

  • @sjmobileelectronics -- thanks! :-)
