The other 3 I had before it broke or fucked up in some way, I've had one of these since late 2007 and never had a single problem with it. I used to HATE this nano. I had a 2nd gen one until it was lost/stolen. i thought i'd really like the 4th gen one... but there is something about this one that just stands out to me. if my classic died... I'd be torn between getting one of these and getting one of the 8 or 16 gig Zune.

I dislike all-touch screen devices. Too hard to use when you aren't looking.

I used to have his iPod and I Really enjoyed it. It was easier for me to watch video on it. And they do take a beating. They may look fat, clunky, and huge on screen but they were quite small.

But the newest nano is awesome for the video cam. But I do the video watching with my iPod Touch.

When I had that 3rd gen Nano, it was much more comfortable for me to watch video on it than on the current 5th gen NANO which I also have. I do have a 2nd gen 16GB Touch which I do my video watching on. My Nano is a very useful Camcorder.

it's like a feature that lets you go through your songs in alphabetical order, but a lot faster. You know like on the iPod touch, you scroll down on one way, n then there's that thing on the other side w/ letters so you can go 2 any of your songs starting w/ any of the 26 letters of the alphabet. Like going 2 the songs from A n u wanna go 2 Z, so scroll real fast n then you'll get there. Ik i sound confusing but this is how it works.

You know, the 5G is the best, but i personally like the 3G cuz of its small shape n that when it falls, you don't see dents on the corners. If the anodized aluminum is polished on the 3G, 16GB capacity wuz on the 3G, n if the 3G had a slightly bigger screen, (not 2 mention more colors), then it would be the PERFECT iPod. So if you don't like the 3G, shut the fuck up, cuz you there's more 2 it than the tech. Oh, and not 2 mention adding a better interface on the nano. AND the video camera n radio

4G and 5G nanos aren't as good as the 3G nano. It's a pity that more new the nano is, more away from the original concept is. Video camera, Fm radio and more unnecessary gadgets are not what I look for on an iPod.
