Trains do have the right of way. I was informed yesterday by a BNSF employee that the derailment was caused by someone that parked on the tracks to commit suicide, and changed their mind, but not soon enough.
the reason the crash happened is that the idiot driver was texting; what do u think will happen next? a midair collision between 2 jets because the pilots were illegally texting??
