I have both. when Im feeling like killing people at a constant pace, then I go for CoD 4, however, when Im feeling like playing a great game mode then I have to go for Bad Company. Sure, both are similar when it comes to FPS action, but the gameplay and the game modes cant be compared.

trust me this is a MUST play game. I have it for xbox360 and I love it. But beware, people online are really really good at this game, so pretty much the only place you can practice is in single mode shooting bots.
