  • Brandon, sup man, I love your vids your an amazing trainer, 1 question though, im 15 yrs old & i've been doing intense training for 7 weeks every morning on an empty stomach (1 hour ab workout, then 1 hour interval running) & ive been on a good diet, but i still ate bread through most meals, the thing is, i havent been seeing much results, i barely lost a kg, my abs toned up, but i have a small amount of belly fat on my lower abs and i want to get rid of those, my mates say do weight training?

  • @yruweoiqryewquoi you can exercise at any age. but for your age I would recommend doing light weights. and cardio like running and swimming and jump roping.. also focus on doing more body weight exercises vs lifting weights..

    just have fun working out and playing different sports. I would say don't start lifting heavy stuff in the gym until your 18+ . or at least over 16 ^^

    , y go to a gym in the mornin and do the hole body(and planin on doeing that for about 3 months) and want something for 1 hour befor y go to sleep

  • @TheMRamstaff - hi. i am jasen. there are something i can share with you after i lost my 12kgs of fat within 1month: (1) change your lifestyle, your habit, and especially the way you eat (2) drink more water than the usual (3) make your own program for your training, e.g. 1st day chest, 2nd back, 3rd abs, and the most important thing to lose wight fast? RUN!! you have to be in love with treadmill. hope this helps.

  • Only take supplement's when you got a good training and nutrition schedule / program or however its called in english ( im dutch ) otherwise supplements like creatine wont work. Nutrition is one of the most important things in building up muscle.

  • @sotiri04 it depends on what your trying to sucseed at. if you trying to get a six pack and improve your abs.I Suggest to keep to a pritty healthy life style. Eat Atleast 5 fruit and veg a day. And the Key Thing MEAT!.if your skiiny you will want to tone your muscle.Because if you work out and your already thin your just gonna get even thiner.If trying to gain muscular strength i suggest the same but maybe eating more meat and turning fat into muscle.
