How about a Wrangler Rubicon, which is the best off-road package ever from the factory?
Compared the the standard Wrangler, the Rubicon has front/rear lockers versus rear limited slip, 4.10 gears versus 3.73, a 4.00 low range versus 2.72, and larger mud terrain tires versus mild all terrain tires.
I had a standard '06 Wrangler Unlimited, and it did quite well off-road. Even with the stock tires. Imagine how much better the Rubicon is STOCK.
@hyenachase Ive owned a landrover and driven an extera, they both arent what they seem on TV. See the reason why older jeeps (all jeeps before 01) are sooo much better than any modern crap is because they had straight axles and overpowered engines. The OK land rovers are all exclusive to Britian, and no jap car is as good offroad as an American. Look at the Jeep scout, its a tank. Also some jeeps were made by AMC, the same company as Humvee. Also humer uses the transmission and t case as the XJ
I got the 5 door rav4 2.0 the only way I could make it spin was to hold the gas down then jump off the clutch, I've got big treads and still got it going
i had rav4,took it through some bad tracks,almost got stuck,sold it and bought range rover,went through same place and got stuck big time,due to diff centre touching ground,but i woul have ended up breaking the rav with rock crawling as it doesnt have low range,more fun with a rav,light and nimble.
,do you want tall every one tha its easy to drived on road like that, no its not, when you inside rav4 its like dancing and jumbing around cuz the car so lightly even wind can blow it huhuh
