That lady is Johanna Constantine - member of BLACKLIPS PERFORMANCE CULT. I was on Antony's concert last week in Warsaw and it was amazing. Pure beauty.

@zuluclegg Not having a sex-change operation in mind does not mean one agrees with the sex you've been attributed by society. He's definitely not a "transexual" as he seems to have no interest in becoming a woman, but he's definitely a trasngendered person to the extent he does not entirely identify as a man or as a woman.

Many authors can make you discover this wonderful area of human complexity: Judith Butler, Anne Fausto-Sterling and even Michel Foucault.

@zuluclegg PS. My use of "he" to refer to "him" is misleading, but most languages are built on the premises of sex bipolarity (He/She) and, thus, make it hard to adress transgendered people correctly.

@mythoe thank you for your replies... yes, I know that language is not the most precise of tools...I only know Michel Foucault, I will look into those authors you have mentioned as in the past year (since I wrote those comments), I have met several transgendered people in London and a lot of transexuals (I met them all in the gay scene) and I now understand words a bit better... take care! :-)
