The reason why most of these don't get translated is because most of them are pure crap.

@codyc67 No, it's because there aren't enough people who'd dedicate their time for these games. Most people on the internet are guys anyway, so they don't play these games. Only cult games like Higurashi get translated, and even that translation was never complete. I once attempted to translate a full otome game and it took me months to finish. You need a lot of dedication and a lot of free time.
