I used to freak out all the time in California when I lived there. I remember getting stopped by a cop for no reason and his friend was riding in the car with him, cos I could see in the rearview mirror he was laughing smugly while the cop questioned me and my brother.
When he asked me in this tone "why do you appear nervous", I pointed to his gun, the baton, and the shotgun, and said "come on...."
@matteo311 ^^ What that guy said. I would have just followed the law minimally whilst feeling smug and fairly content knowing that I am surrounded by police, but they can't do a thing to me >=D
