anyone no why you cant get full screen on tw08 seems like 4:3 ratio not 16:9 any info would be great.

Have you tried to change the aspect ratio in the game? I forget but is this option even in there?

I know I had to play at 1600x1200 as opposed to 1920x1080 because it didn't suport high def, even though it still is at 1600x1200. Let me know how you go. What graphics card you using?

@elalis hi , its all ok now. i had to lower the res in windows display, then in ati CCC i enabled full screen as i forgot i updated drivers for graphics card and full screen was greyed out. i have the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 1 gig. on laptop. i also have a Dell XPS 17 with the nvidia GTt 555 3d card with 3 gig memory. not sure what 3d games will be like when there out. i bought it as outing my dell studio 1747 in a few weeks .

@who8allthepies go into display settings in windows. set to lower res and apply then go to graphic card settings ie control centre on ati or nvidia and in the scaling options use full screen it should not be greyed out now. then go back to display settings and reset your res as before and apply.

I was just debating download 2008 but I see it's ratings are horrible compared to 07, guess I'll deal with the few bugs it has.

2008 is the best version of the game, this is an old Video and they have stopped making sports games for the PC. The PC and kick any consoles arse, I just don't see why they don't use next gen graphics on PC's now. If they did that, I guarantee the Tigher woods Gold series on PC will be a huge hit with multiplayer option and comps.

I love this game but there are not many courses to play and there is an issue with your player turning around when you move your mouse wrong and it's beyond annoying because it takes many many taps of the arrow keys to turn them around. It's sad the tech gaming world has basically given up pc sport games. BTW this isn't 2008, makes me wonder if this person even knows what parts they really have in their pc.

Looks more like dolls and plastic scenery than before, lol. I mean that in the way that they say the better things look, the more they will look not like humans and plants, but like wax. I see that now. This is like an episode of Robot chicken. Wouldn't that be cool if they made it look like Robot Chicken on purpose and stopped trying to make it look real?
