thats true. but in todays world dubstep dj's come from a rap and hip hop background. This is just my opinion but there is some phat dubstep beats that could be mixed with rap thats one of the coolest things about dubstep that the music by itself has attitude without lyrics. But you can make some mean phat beats with dubstep that go perfect with rap. I was at a rave where some local rappers were rappin freestyle to some sick dubstep beats it sounded fucking awesome!
