what US general orders their troops to open fire on woman and children, AND according to the chain of command, the general gives the order, and his lieutenant, his colonel, major, captain, lieutenant, sargent, and so on have to follow his orders or risk court marshal. so where did the order come for killing 780 woman and children??? privates in the army dont go guns blazing, they go based on orders, and order from who? an isreali major who sanctioned that mission
