LoL I have 3 accounts 1 with a 3star ranking another with 3stars with the gold wheel and another acount without stars but the VR is 9598 and I made up some random white blond girl. named her Sandy lol and Im all good killing 3star rankers without them knowing Im a 3star as well lmfao there probably like WTF!!!!

Is Mirror Mode 150cc and backwards?And how do you get three stars?Please reply.

Mirror mode is faster than 150cc. It's basically 200cc, with all the turns mirrored (left is right, right is left).

As for getting 3 stars, theres several factors involved that'd be too lengthy to go into here. If you want a guide, google "Slic's triple star guide".

Is it really quicker to do the mini boost thing when you get hit by a powerup?

Also, is this game about a load of Practise? or is there something that I'm missing?

It's quicker to mini-turbo if you are hit by something that slows you down to a standstill, like shells, fake item boxes and certain hazards. It's can be risky though, since you're a sitting duck and someone from behind can just star/bill/megashroom you.

Some of this game is practice (knowing the tracks), but most of it is just good timing and intuition.

It's quicker to do a mini-turbo if you are hit by something like a red shell if you're using a vehicle like a mach bike(sucky acceleration) but with the standard bike M it's quicker not to do the min-turbo if you get hit

So how much of getting 3 stars is luck? Obviously it takes a large amount of skill to achieve a 3 star ranking, but a little bit of bad luck with items can send you back down to one or two stars.

Sorry for the double post, but I'm curious about what you think the best character bike combination is. I see that you use Daisy with what appears to be the mach bike. It's somewhat difficult to make out what bike you're using, because the video quality isn't the best. I typically use that same combination, as I've thought that it's one of the best after having read up on vehicle and character stats, and your video seems to second my decision.

Yeah, I am using Mach Bike in the video. Surprisingly little of single player GP is actual luck because the CPU are horrible drivers. If you need a number, I'd say around 10-15% - in a lot of the tracks, you can win through 2+ blue shells by just racing well.

Well, the reason that I assume so much of it is luck is that often times you can get through a race without being hit at all, and others, you're obliterated by rivers of red and blue shells.

Anyways, I was hoping you could give me some tips on how to break away from the main group at the start of a race, especially on the first race of a GP where you start in last place. I'm always demolished by the scads of items tossed at me as I'm leaving the group behind.

were you in first place 70% of the time,avoided areas that slow you down, do wheelies and tricks and the bonus for getting 3 stars is dodging a blue shell with a mega mushroom or just a boosting mushroom if you didn,t do one of these well you don,t have do dodge a blue shell it,s just a bonus but you do have to do the rest and also you have to do wheelies

I've had a (very, VERY) few without 60 points, but I think they were all in 50cc. So yes, I'd say you have to get 60 points, unless it's 50cc.

Well, you also have to retain 1st place during the entire race. If you are not in 1st at any point, it counts against you, even if it's at the start of the 1st race.

It generally boils down to the two T's: talent and time. The basics are: knowledge of all 32 tracks and knowledge of items. After that, it depends on the person, but you'll probably know what to do next.

I remember some took up to 3 tries. I think shell cup and a few others. It depends somewhat on how much item spam the CPU hits you with.
