Hah! What a coincidence, I just finished that very level. 'Course, I use time cheats, cause I don't want to worry about time, it's more fun when I can do it in a leisurely way. I enjoy it better that way. So, yeah, it's fun when suddenly, you're big enough to pick up buildings.

:) I pick up what's left until there are 3-4 minutes left, then there really isn't anything to do.

But because of the game's quirks, getting the largest diameters possible in this stage and Moon requires spending time picking up smaller stuff while you're 3-10 meters tall, rather than getting to 25m as fast as possible.
