It's a little misleading to say, 'the'. blue screen of death, when there are many different reasons that they occur. In the above example, it's either a driver or the hardware that the driver controls that's causing the problem. To determine which, try to boot into safe mode, (F8), when starting the machine. If you can get in, you know it's the driver that's at fault. If not, try removing the hardware. If you can't remove the hardware, then try a repair installation.

This has nothing to do with your OS. THIS is an error of your Random Acces Memory( RAM) Simply reset your motherboard ( Either by removing the battery for 30 minutes or press the reset button/jumper.) I've had this when i overclocked my ram.

I don't know if these are the result of why I'm getting the BSOD but I also experience that whenever I'm watching a video on youtube (or from any other site) it'll occasionaly stop loading the rest of the video and I manually have to move the slider past the segiment that it froze on to get it to load back up again. Second there are also times when I download files, that it will freeze as well. My C drive has 34 GB free out of 111GB total memory. Anyone else experience this?
