No.....REMEMBER GUYS!!! Claire changed nathan ways of seeing things...thats why they needed to save her!!! so Nathan would give his life and fly peter away from the city so he wouldn't explote and kill everyone....Nathan says it on the last episode.

Nathan: save the cheerleader so "WE" could save the world *head moves like saying: you get it now peter?*

Because even if sylar had Claire power, the city would still explote and be destroyed anyways....like in the 5 years gone episode

I never realized how in episode 4 it ended with Hiro giving the message, then in episode 5 Peter gives the message, it's so damn clever of the writers.

i know what it means. if peter does'nt save the cheerleader, sylar will take her power and when hiro stabs sylar in the chest with a sword he will heal back and continue killing people for their abilitys and new york will explode
