I actually started fighting the boss at 0:18 (before that it's loading screen, entering the main chamber, waiting for the door to close, etc), and she's dead at 1:26. Which is just about 60 seconds.

you missed the secret level, jump over the part where you fall and jump up and keep walking left

@Doomguy55 I didn't miss this "level" (it's not actually a level, just a bunch of those energy pieces), but it's not the part of the boss level, it's the next thing, and there's nothing to be displayed in walkthrough video: you just enter this hidden area, collect everything and get out.

nice.while I didnt finish it that fast,I got some glitch where just a second before it healed,I was able to throw somebombs into it near the core and if would explode and do a extra hit.

@paxi013 as most people do, I record the walkthrough after finishing the whole game, hence the result - at this point I already collected almost all of them. Then you're entering this level for the first time, it's of course impossible to have such a result.

Pay some attention! 74 seconds is the total time, including loading the level, jumping to the finish. And the boss itself is treated in 60 sec!

I didn't screw up! I don't say that this exact video is the fastest pass-through, but I'm showing the WAY to do it quickly and simply. Through watching it, you can get the main idea - that was my point...

I didn't copy any ideas! I just finish the game and i think that the boss level is surprisingly easy one. For me personally, it was more difficult to fight the first boss, on the level 10. And this one was really piece of cake. Than i discovered a lot of walkthroughs in the internet, and all of them shows quite a "pain-in-the-ass" method of making the boss... So i decided to share my algorithm with people.
