  • What kind of paper do you use in your printer. is there special paper to get the strip of pics? Where can it be purchased?

  • Does the photo booth software give the option of not having to keep too big of an eye on the booth in other words I seen where it gave the option for the attendant or the subject being able to choose to print. Well can it just go ahead and print after 4 pics have been made?

  • @emeraldcitydjgil yes it can auto print useing bresesys software

  • I just downloaded the software on the free trial and it doesnt seem to print, can you only print once you buy it??

  • @ljmmobilediscos I have sorted it, just me not looking at all the options avaliable in the menu lol

  • If you build your own photo booth, depending on the materials you use, you can definately keep anywhere between $1000 and $2000 ... I built my 1st photo booth 2 years ago, and re-did it completely after I saw the 'Doing it from Scratch' Videos on how to make the road cases... So now 2 of my booths look like huge road cases, and the last one is more antique looking... I gotta say I owe it to MM... Houston Party Booths is the site to check out

  • this photo booth sounds a good idea but i dont like the idea of a touch screen monitor due to the price is there away that i can put a standard monitor in with a camera and control it outside a booth?

  • yes I will do an update video on how

  • I like the PVC Idea you could actually sew the drapes out of the white material and have a led light glowing in the background changing colors. What are you looking at as far as cost of printing? lotta ink if your doing a proms? Do you charge for adding it or do they pay per pic? things to think about.. Boogie

  • Love the idea, going to set one of my own up for a upcoming prom. thanks

  • very cool MM!!

  • Love the ideas! thanks for the video's. I was thinking of maybe being able to batch the files over a network so (once approved by me) i can do a photo montage to the projectors? Would be great for high school dances, girl scout dances, ect.,

  • yes it would just drop them on a thumb drive and put them up on the big screen

    way cool

    MM

  • omg im gonna go out of business now when enough people find out about this,,,, just like when $30 chocolate fountains came out, put soo many wedding vendors out of business,,, im depressed :(

  • @djmarkcotter thats just the way it is.

  • Louie Mix are you going to vegas?

    MM

  • @directsound I dont think so, cause of work = (

  • DamN

  • Mark You will be just fine ... you are doing just fine .. Costco sells Bouncers and your not out of biss yet because you offer a service and its not as cool as the real thing and the entertainment value of the whol booth thing ...Its still not cheap you need to buy a compute,r software, tons of scrabing crap and build the booth ...gwt it there, set it up, tare it down and get it home, so Im sure your depression is a bit premature :-) smile youl be just fine ... Keep thinking out side the box

  • Hey DJ MM. I think the best way to build a booth is probably making a rectangular frame from PVC, and then draping cloth over it and putting a couple chairs or a bench inside. Very easy to take the PVC apart. If you use wood it would probably take forever to setup, break down and transport...unless you can make it work

  • Awesome bud

  • Yeah, I need to see this! this sounds great! cant wait to see the process.

  • Your always Crazy MM but i love your idea bro its great

  • This is great I like watching your video's . That is a great Idea . I am already working on plans to make a Photobooth. Did not know about the software I will have to check that out.

  • Awesome! If could keep it under $1000, that would be sick. You also need to factor in variable costs such as ink and photo paper. I would look for a printer with long lasting and cheap ink, then buy two so you have a backup. Also, it you could incorporate a netbook, that would keep cost down too. And ideal setup would have to 2 netbooks, 2 printers, and two cameras. I think you could do all this including the booth for under $1200

  • Sounds awsome mm. Great idea. You always come up with something to mix it up. Sweet. Keep up the good work.

  • Sent ya a PM. On YTDJ's..with link.

  • Awesome!

    Keep'em Movin'

  • Hi DJMM,

Love what you do , keep up the good work. I would love to see what you do to this one.

  • cool, cant wait

  • Haha - funny shots

  • If you get a usb interface you can wire up buttons so you don't need an atendant.

  • or you can print them out and give it to the people that took the pictures. or photo paper

  • cool sounds intresting might think about that
