Sodium fluoride is a poison, NOT fluoride. Sodium is soluble in water, so you are only drinking water, sodium and fluoride, not sodium fluoride together.

@ORCLOVE Both are poisons, this is confirmed by the EPA. Sodium Flouride poisons you faster and to a greater degree. Both are quite toxic.
