Banks was covering the near post when Jairzhino beat the fullback and crossed. He had to turn and cover a lot of ground fast to get there.

The footbal was brilliant, the pass inside the fullback curved out to where the winger was running, he beat the defender and the cross was perfect. Pele headedl harder than many forwards can shoot, and it was perfectly placed - just inside the post to bounce on the goal-line. He said he had already turned round to celebrate,

Good save, but Gordan Bank's save was from one side of the post another and the switch of play was much quicker. This keeper had to deal with a lob in the box which although difficult is more predictable to anticipate. Good save nonetheless.

Header was weaker. Angle wasn't as difficult, take it from someone whos actually a keeper, this save wasn't all that difficult. And truth be told Banks save is over rated anyway. I've come across numerous bouncing saves that need "tipping" up and way, they're not that hard. It's easy to get momentum on the save.
