In Africa, the one true king of the jungle is the Silverback Gorilla but that's only because tigers aren't found there either. If tigers were there, I'm sure they'd take over that shit too.

I'm a crocodile fan, but a tiger could destroy a crocodile. Tigers are faster, can use claws and attack the croc w/o much worry. But if it were bite for bite, Crocodile would win, unless it was scratched in the eye. Crocodiles have the biggest bite force pressure in the animal kingdom! But I'm also pretty sure a tiger could keep the jaws closed, but in my opinion, it would depend on how the tiger or croc approaches the fight.
