@kOmeNtAytOr That depends on your starting position. If you already have some back developement you can get great results in a month. If you are just starting with working out you will have a more hard time to get good results in just one month of time. Building muscles takes some time, so you'll have to be patient. I do think that everyone can get some amazing results in 3 months of time.
