I will give example about "homosexuals" that shows that Islamic Sharia laws are inferior to any other laws.
I have studied that reasons that make people become homosexuals is mostly genetic and sometimes social reasons make people become homosexual. In Islamic Sharia laws those "homosexual" would be persecuted by their society and might be killed. This shows that Islam Sharia can't solve social problems in peaceful way. So, in other words not all people can live happily in Islamic Sharia laws.

It wasn't that long ago that homosexual individuals feared physical harm because of their orientation. Now that society is more accepting they are not as afraid which causes more homosexuals to "come out" making it appear as if the rate of homosexuality is increasing which isn't the case.

In Islamic countries like KSA, Iran and some other countries they don't allow Muslims to convert to another religion. If a Muslim convert to another religion they would kill him.
Can an Atheist in Islamic country express his belief freely ? Can he declare that he is an Atheist in public ? Can he spread Atheism ? The answer is No
Thats why the number of non-Muslim don't increase in Islamic countries.

Muslims have conquested spain and other countries, but were their people persecuted? Were they forced to convert? Did they do away with the dark ways of the inquisition? they they liberate the people from ruling tyrants?(the answers are yes) When muslims ruled spain it became the center of knowledge and intelligence, and sparked the renaisance in europe.

Once Muslims conquered a land no civilians were killed, neither wree the soldiers who submitted. Churches were left safe, all that was demanded was the payment of the jizyah if u were able. Compared to western nations who persecute the colonized state, and drain its economy, making the original inhabitants poor, and civilians have no security.

Spanish that resisted were in the army, and had no choice but to fight due to their fuedal systems, yet however if on the battle-feild they submitted they would have lived.
