  • This zone is not called the "Don't Come Bar"! It's the "Don't Come Area"! The "Bar" goes with the pictorial "12" that follows. The phrase "Bar 12" means that if the come-out roll of a Don't-Come wager is a 12 (which would otherwise win as a craps), the bet is a "bar" or "push" (0:1), and the wager is returned. This gives the house the same advantage against the Don't-Pass/-Come bettor as it has against the straight Pass-Line/Come bettor, i.e. about 1.4%.
