I've never shot with that kind of bow. I normally use a recurve. That one looks more mechanical though.

i have more luck focusing on my target and not looking at the arrow. If the form is there then the arrow should fly true. Thats just me......... and the rest of the instinctive community.

@JustinLDenman thats exactly like me! lol when I try to aim I miss my target completely. Just letting it come naturally works best for me. :)

@JustinLDenman exactly why shooting a recurve or long bow is called instinctive shooting..i cant look down the arrow shaft either doesn't work for me, i look where i want it to go make sure my anchor points are the same and let her go

@planetseto probaly because it's a basic standard beginers bow, so it's easy to use and fairly accurate in the hands of a beginer.

hi nice shooting,ive just bought a 70lbs renagade @ 30" compound bow when i draw it back,it locks with the knuckle of my thumb in my ear i cant look down the length of the arrow,do you think i should try a diferrent draw length.its too late now anyway just asking.lol cheers
