BA is way better than Qantas! i didn't know that you do the code share with Qantas on Singapore - London leg and i flew with them. it wasn't nice! they spilled milk on my lap and did not even gave me tissue to clean up!

anyway, Flying with BA has always been pleasant!!

Loss of baggage is not BA's fault entirely, I blame the airports baggage system aswell.

I have used BA for about 16 years now and I have never had a problem with them (yet).

Also there are other airlines that loose more than that.

Looking at the system, it is very rare to loose bagage there. each bag will have its own train trolly which is guided by points instead of the old carousel system, this means that higher rates of baggage can be handled at one time. The only point there will be carousells will be at check-in and baggage claim. Because it will be automated, bagage loading should be much quicker. Thats all I know at the moment.

Found the info about a year or so ago so the info I found out then may not be worth reading now, depends if they changed it, if it is wrong(slightly or totally) then Apologies. It was information which I stumbled apon when T5 was still being constructed. Fogoten where now as my memory is a bit crap :S.

To my knowledge this advert was only used onboard aircraft on the Omnia inflight entertainment system whilst other movies were still running or if there was a gap between programming.
