was 70`s 80`s teenager but lookin even sexer now! we all had long hair if a guy had short hair he was a mama`s boy ,oh im female those were the greatest music years concerts life was simple ,just didn`t realize it at the time so its the 70`s again for me and wonderful these songs reallydo bring back great times! enjoying them even more noww not just the music the lyrics ,life just repeats but know alot.......more now lol!

Steve Perry brought Journey out of obscuredom and they hitched a ride on his shooting star. I can't remember how many Journey concerts I managed to hit, but I believe their best year was 1981.

Steve gave his best to his fans and left us with BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES.

No wonder Master Perry got sick of touring. Look no further than the tour schedule in the jacket of "Captured" album - grueling and cruel. And he really sang his heart out, just as you could listen here. I think his vocal texture was just phenomenal then, leading to the much revered "Escape" album. People talk about how great Robert Plant was in his peak, which he was, but Steve Perry takes a back seat to no one in my book.
