@VivaNewVegas you may be a movie fan but i will give you the actual facts. 7000 greeks in TOTAL joined under the lead of King Leonidas I of sparta. But a local betrayed them and Leonidas released the bulk of the army and stayed to block the pass with only 300 spartans, 700 thespians and 400 thebans.(they lost) A year later the persians were forced out by the remaining greeks who could have numbered up to 10,000 in TOTAL not just spartans. would you like to keep arguing?

@proudtobeakid In the movie they mention the other greeks at the battle. There are several scenes where the other greeks fight along side the Spartans. Don't you remember when he was talking to the Thespians with the famous "What is your profession?" scene. The leader of them even says "You bring only a handful of soldiers against Xerxes?" They also mention the Phocians that were defending the wall several times as well. There is no point in this movie where it claims its just the Spartans.

Just watched this movie and I must say, this is an extremely funny flick. It's low budget, the music feels like it was pulled from a children's show and it's somewhat corny in the beginning, but the laughs are everywhere. There are enough "LOL" moments in this to make you look past the faults it has. It's a definite rental, although I'm going to buy it for my personal library.

Excellent movie, so far one of the best comedies I have seen recently, even tho it's a low-budget movie.
