@ChaosChicken200 He has used his Shikai on 5 accounts now, 1 time more than Bankai. Once against Kenpachi, twice against Aizen on the hill, once against Tousen and then another time against Aizen when they ganged him.

He said Koma's bankai is SO POWERFUL, he doesn't expect his opponent to come back from 1 attack. The thing is, if one swing should take out EVERY opponent, Koma's bankai isn't a onetrickpony like Soifon's in the sense that he can keep swinging his destructive sword time and again whereas Soifon can only use 1 or 2 (but that's pushing it) nukes every 3 days. So no, Koma's not weak.
I bet komamura could've crushed him even with his shikai! he just wanted to use bankai because it's huge just like pow. Ironically, Komamura is the biggest soul reaper - maybe after omaeda anyways. In terms of only raw power and not skill, I wonder who would win a wrestling match, komamura or kenpachi? my bet is on kenpachi but I think Komamura would be a good challenge for him.
I think Komamura can control the size of his Bankai...thats why it is smaller in the Anime version...they still have Aizen, Tousen and Gin to assasinate....

@rollak3 Not everybody who is in Soul Society came from the living world. Rukia, Renji, Kenpachi, Soifon, Byakuya and more were born in Soul Society, some were born in the poor districts (Renji and Rukia) and some were born into higher circles (Soifon and Byakuya) so you don't have to have died in the real world to be in Soul Society. This basically is just another plothole by Kubo because I can't see ghosts multiplying and even bleeding for that matter, but they do.

guys about yammi i would like to say something.,......yammi si supposed to be the most powerful espada in his release and when he releases he becomes huge but ulqiora had said that espada above quatro should never release inside las nochen because they could destroy it but yammis release would certainly break the roof nad detroy it........also he had said there are 3 more powerful espada but considering yammi 4?

I like that theory about Yammi not having released before but there's one flaw. He said he's the only Espada whose number changes when releasing. So he must have released more. I personally think him eating and sleeping to build up his energy is to just make his released form more powerfull. Maybe the more energy he has, the bigger he gets and thus the stronger his release form is, apart from already being the 0 Espada.

Here's an idea: I'll start figuring out how Tousen can see even though he's blind and you can ponder how can anyone not die from a katana slash (Kenpachi survived from like 300 of 'em against Ichigo). The answer "they're friggin' Shinigami" is prohibited. 3, 2, 1, GO! (See my point?)
They survive because you can use reiatsu/reiryoku to stop a wound from bleeding, therefore ''neutralising the threat''. Plus the fact that Kenpachi is kindof a Berserker. For those who don't know a Berserker is a person who is temporarily fighting high for whatever reason in a fight. In this state you don't feel any injuries and can continue to run for a mile even after getting cut in the legs. A comon way to achieve this state is through eating a special sort of drugs or mushroms.

It's common knowledge that blind people are more aware of their surroundings, as their other senses compensate. Also, Tousen has quite a honed sense of reiatsu, that allows him to detect events around him, possibly even more than he could with his eyes.
Actually there is. He is unaffected by Aizen's zanpakuto; a SIGHT revolving zanpakuto. Tousen is unaffected by it because he can't see the release. Why can't he see it? Because he's blind!
Imagine your standing inside a dome the size of half a footbal field. yYou have a blindfold and earpluggs on. You have a bazooka on you loaded and ready. Your gona shoot one person thats also standing in the dome. He can see and hear and smell etc just like anyone else. He got a sword and an ability to shoot out blades. Do you think you can hit him before he hits you? (remember you have absolutly no idea where he is but he can see you)
Komamura's Bankai is powerful, but not that practical. Sure, it's practically made for fighting against big guys like that, but when attacking swiftly (with shunpo) and against Komamura (seriously, who'd attack a huge ass black suit of armor?), it's not that useful. From what I've seen, Komamura has to concentrate hard when he moves that thing. So what happens if the enemy appears right in front of him? His Bankai beats Tousen's though, that's even more useless.
ousens bankai is damn usefull. How do you think it will go for ichigo if he got cought in it? Or anyone for that matter... get cought in that and your practicly defenseless. The only reason kenpachi could beat it was because hes completly mad and doesnt care if he gets cut :P
If Ichigo gets caught in, he'll just shunpo his ass to safety faster than you can say Bankai. And if Tousen feels like camping, Ichigo could just use Getsuga Tenshou to break the damn thing. The black area is maintained by those rings, so if they're broken, the dark sphere disappears. And if it's one of the other captains that gets caught... They'll just Bankai Tousen's ass straight to hell. It ain't that hard. Good ol' Senbonzakura Kageyoshi can rip both Tousen and his Bankai to pieces.
Firstly: it is unknown wheter or not itsa actually possible to leave the dome once its made. For all we know, it might be impossible to leave it without beating tousen first. and perhaps you forgot a detail in there, YOU CANT SEE/SMELL/HEAR/FEEL SHIT IN THERE. Even if you used senbonsakura or some other attack, the dome is HUGE and you cant even feel or see anything so you wont know where ot aim. tousen on the other hand can so it should be easy as cake to avoid any eventual attack.
The dome is pretty big, but it isn' t the size of a football field or anything. Senbonzakura could definately wipe out Tousen. Imagine a billion sharp pieces floating around. They're bound to hit something eventually, if Byakushi keeps them moving (and saving some for his own defense). Interesting point about whether or not one can leave the dome... That could mean trouble. But the dome can probably be destroyed by destroying the rings that create it.
I can't think come up with a single Bankai that could lose to Tousen's Bankai. Komamura's? Sure, huge ass armor wrecking the small little dome. Mayuri's? His Bankai is among the most powerful, no one can really escape from the poison gas. Hitsugaya? Well, this one is so obvious. And the list goes on. And oh, you can actually feel inside the dome. Which is pretty lame. If Tousen could kill someone without them even realising it, then his Bankai would be cool. But still pretty useless.
im a little curious on how you intend to desroy the rgins when your INSIDE and dome and they are OUTSIDE the dome? if you cant leave it then what makes you tihnk you could attack anything outside of it? and senbonsakura becomes MILLIONS of blades not billions. Plus the fact that his senbonsakura cant defend against something if it cant see/feel the attack. just a the shinigami, the ''soul'' of the weapon cant feel/see/hear etc anything. meaning its like fighting blindly.
Mayuris bankai is like, the weakest bankai ever... if you push your spiritual pressure enough to become solid (like a getsuga tenshou but weaker), something that ALL captains can do. For example like kenpachi does when he fights, it would block the gas. If reiatsu can block an attack based of water or rock or reiatsu etc it could easily block a gas. Once again: even if you use bankai, you have NO idea where ot hit but Tousen has, so he can EASILY avoid any form of attack.
The other captains can't do Getsuga Tenshou, but merely pushing stuff away with reiatsu. At least Kenpachi was able to do that. Good point. Kenpachi surely could push away the poison gas, but I'm not sure Tousen could (meaning that he probably wouldn't think about it). Besides, if he's hiding in his Bankai (and Mayuri's Bankai is outside as it's usually summoned above Mayuri), Tousen can't see it and thus can't try to avoid the poison until it's too late.
Firstly: all captains have enough reiatsu to make a ''reiatsu push'' so to speak. anyone on captain level could easily push away something as light as gas.
Secondly: You'v gotten Tousens bankai a little wrong. a enemy cant see/feel etc anything. Tousen on the other hand can see and sense anything in the area perfectly clear.
Well. That could be true (meaning the reiatsu push). Okay, Mayuri would probably get his ass kicked (if he relied solely on his Bankai). But. The person caught in the Bankai can feel (Kenpachi could feel his injuries and his hand gripping the sword. Without the ability to feel Tousen's Bankai would be cooler, as I have said). And no, Tousen cannot see anything. He's blind, remember? I'm sure his other senses compensate, but he's still blind.
Okay, if Kenpachi could do it (take Tousen's attack and retaliate), the Byakuya can do it too, no problem. Think about it. The second Tousen's attack connects, Byakushi swarms the spot with his Bankai. And as Tousen was too slow to dodge Kenpachi's attack, he sure as hell can't dodge a billion (or million, it's really not a big difference in this matter) sharp things flying at high speeds. And it is still speculation whether it is possible to leave the dome. I mean, it can't be indestructible.
lol.... did you miss the part where i said ''shoot blades''? Tousen has an ability to somehow create blades which he can fire away (shown in duel vs kenpachi) pretty strongly. Tousen wasn't to slow to dodge. Kenpachi was holding on to him, preventing him from escaping. And even if the dome isnt indestructible, one would have to focus ALOT of reiatsu to break out of a bankai. Focusing that much reiatsu takes consentration and Tousen can strike at you anytime. (remember kenpachi vs Bounto shini)
remember that even kenpachi had a hard time breaking out of that bounto shinigamis ability and that wasn't even a bankai. Plus the fact that Tousen probably is, way, way, WAY stronger then him....

@rollak3 Not everybody who is in Soul Society came from the living world. Rukia, Renji, Kenpachi, Soifon, Byakuya and more were born in Soul Society, some were born in the poor districts (Renji and Rukia) and some were born into higher circles (Soifon and Byakuya) so you don't have to have died in the real world to be in Soul Society. This basically is just another plothole by Kubo because I can't see ghosts multiplying and even bleeding for that matter, but they do.

I think he could've beaten Poww with Shikai, just chop off the legs LMAO. But he wanted to make the arrancar shit his pants, and has one of my favorite exchanges in the series:
"I'm so shocked it makes me yawn!"
"...Then I shall stop that yawn!"
That just makes me smile... Considering a freakin' laser beam a 'yawn'!
Oh and originally, Poww totally dissipates the cero; it was so much quicker, but makes that scene so much more badass.

I like that theory about Yammi not having released before but there's one flaw. He said he's the only Espada whose number changes when releasing. So he must have released more. I personally think him eating and sleeping to build up his energy is to just make his released form more powerfull. Maybe the more energy he has, the bigger he gets and thus the stronger his release form is, apart from already being the 0 Espada.

He usually wears a clear goggles, although this was not always the case." Unfortunately I don't have the determination (or time) to watch through a billion Bleach episodes for one flashback. But Bleach wiki is pretty much the most reliable source of information on the net, so there you have it.

Same to you. I just gave two perfectly good reasons (actually, the first one's a fact) why Tousen is blind. And this is an anime series. It's not meant to be realistic. Here's an idea: I'll start figuring out how Tousen can see even though he's blind and you can ponder how can anyone not die from a katana slash (Kenpachi survived from like 300 of 'em against Ichigo). The answer "they're friggin' Shinigami" is prohibited. 3, 2, 1, GO! (See my point?)

They survive because you can use reiatsu/reiryoku to stop a wound from bleeding, therefore ''neutralising the threat''. Plus the fact that Kenpachi is kindof a Berserker. For those who don't know a Berserker is a person who is temporarily fighting high for whatever reason in a fight. In this state you don't feel any injuries and can continue to run for a mile even after getting cut in the legs. A comon way to achieve this state is through eating a special sort of drugs or mushroms.

Sounds perfectly logical, though I doubt it actually goes like that. I actually meant that as a general question to prove that nothing in Bleach is realistic, but okay, I'll meet your challenge. It's common knowledge that blind people are more aware of their surroundings, as their other senses compensate. Also, Tousen has quite a honed sense of reiatsu, that allows him to detect events around him, possibly even more than he could with his eyes.

Imagine your standing inside a dome the size of half a footbal field. yYou have a blindfold and earpluggs on. You have a bazooka on you loaded and ready. Your gona shoot one person thats also standing in the dome. He can see and hear and smell etc just like anyone else. He got a sword and an ability to shoot out blades. Do you think you can hit him before he hits you? (remember you have absolutly no idea where he is but he can see you)

Komamura's Bankai is powerful, but not that practical. Sure, it's practically made for fighting against big guys like that, but when attacking swiftly (with shunpo) and against Komamura (seriously, who'd attack a huge ass black suit of armor?), it's not that useful. From what I've seen, Komamura has to concentrate hard when he moves that thing. So what happens if the enemy appears right in front of him? His Bankai beats Tousen's though, that's even more useless.

If Ichigo gets caught in, he'll just shunpo his ass to safety faster than you can say Bankai. And if Tousen feels like camping, Ichigo could just use Getsuga Tenshou to break the damn thing. The black area is maintained by those rings, so if they're broken, the dark sphere disappears. And if it's one of the other captains that gets caught... They'll just Bankai Tousen's ass straight to hell. It ain't that hard. Good ol' Senbonzakura Kageyoshi can rip both Tousen and his Bankai to pieces.

Firstly: it is unknown wheter or not itsa actually possible to leave the dome once its made. For all we know, it might be impossible to leave it without beating tousen first. and perhaps you forgot a detail in there, YOU CANT SEE/SMELL/HEAR/FEEL SHIT IN THERE. Even if you used senbonsakura or some other attack, the dome is HUGE and you cant even feel or see anything so you wont know where ot aim. tousen on the other hand can so it should be easy as cake to avoid any eventual attack.

The dome is pretty big, but it isn' t the size of a football field or anything. Senbonzakura could definately wipe out Tousen. Imagine a billion sharp pieces floating around. They're bound to hit something eventually, if Byakushi keeps them moving (and saving some for his own defense). Interesting point about whether or not one can leave the dome... That could mean trouble. But the dome can probably be destroyed by destroying the rings that create it.

I can't think come up with a single Bankai that could lose to Tousen's Bankai. Komamura's? Sure, huge ass armor wrecking the small little dome. Mayuri's? His Bankai is among the most powerful, no one can really escape from the poison gas. Hitsugaya? Well, this one is so obvious. And the list goes on. And oh, you can actually feel inside the dome. Which is pretty lame. If Tousen could kill someone without them even realising it, then his Bankai would be cool. But still pretty useless.

im a little curious on how you intend to desroy the rgins when your INSIDE and dome and they are OUTSIDE the dome? if you cant leave it then what makes you tihnk you could attack anything outside of it? and senbonsakura becomes MILLIONS of blades not billions. Plus the fact that his senbonsakura cant defend against something if it cant see/feel the attack. just a the shinigami, the ''soul'' of the weapon cant feel/see/hear etc anything. meaning its like fighting blindly.

Mayuris bankai is like, the weakest bankai ever... if you push your spiritual pressure enough to become solid (like a getsuga tenshou but weaker), something that ALL captains can do. For example like kenpachi does when he fights, it would block the gas. If reiatsu can block an attack based of water or rock or reiatsu etc it could easily block a gas. Once again: even if you use bankai, you have NO idea where ot hit but Tousen has, so he can EASILY avoid any form of attack.

The other captains can't do Getsuga Tenshou, but merely pushing stuff away with reiatsu. At least Kenpachi was able to do that. Good point. Kenpachi surely could push away the poison gas, but I'm not sure Tousen could (meaning that he probably wouldn't think about it). Besides, if he's hiding in his Bankai (and Mayuri's Bankai is outside as it's usually summoned above Mayuri), Tousen can't see it and thus can't try to avoid the poison until it's too late.

Firstly: all captains have enough reiatsu to make a ''reiatsu push'' so to speak. anyone on captain level could easily push away something as light as gas.
Secondly: You'v gotten Tousens bankai a little wrong. a enemy cant see/feel etc anything. Tousen on the other hand can see and sense anything in the area perfectly clear.

Well. That could be true (meaning the reiatsu push). Okay, Mayuri would probably get his ass kicked (if he relied solely on his Bankai). But. The person caught in the Bankai can feel (Kenpachi could feel his injuries and his hand gripping the sword. Without the ability to feel Tousen's Bankai would be cooler, as I have said). And no, Tousen cannot see anything. He's blind, remember? I'm sure his other senses compensate, but he's still blind.

Okay, if Kenpachi could do it (take Tousen's attack and retaliate), the Byakuya can do it too, no problem. Think about it. The second Tousen's attack connects, Byakushi swarms the spot with his Bankai. And as Tousen was too slow to dodge Kenpachi's attack, he sure as hell can't dodge a billion (or million, it's really not a big difference in this matter) sharp things flying at high speeds. And it is still speculation whether it is possible to leave the dome. I mean, it can't be indestructible.

lol.... did you miss the part where i said ''shoot blades''? Tousen has an ability to somehow create blades which he can fire away (shown in duel vs kenpachi) pretty strongly. Tousen wasn't to slow to dodge. Kenpachi was holding on to him, preventing him from escaping. And even if the dome isnt indestructible, one would have to focus ALOT of reiatsu to break out of a bankai. Focusing that much reiatsu takes consentration and Tousen can strike at you anytime. (remember kenpachi vs Bounto shini)
