Anyway, if you've made your way through enough of the Great Maze, you should get a map when you pause. You'll see Bowser heads (or whatever they are) where bosses and Subspace clones are located. After you defeat all of them, you'll be able to fight Tabuu.

@raki0nspeler No. It goes right through the standard shield. You need to either roll, sidestep, or do something that makes you invincible (such as a few moments of Ike's Aether or Pokémon Trainer's Pokémon Change.)

To dodge the Off Waves attack, you need to do a sidestep (shield+down) each time a wave comes by.

It's also possible to dodge them all as Pokémon Trainer by using the Pokémon Change.
