Great video! bought one at garage sale,, parked it garage. Have yet to learn enough about it to ride it around more. My question is how does it shut off?
That was great! It got its name from the Ulster GP wich it won in the hands of Graham Walker(father of legendery commentator Murrey)! Also won a few TTs im sure! Thanks for this!More please!
Even after fifty years of Rudge ownership, the round of a Rudge on song still warms my blood.
One small point - during the discussion about the valve disposition the shots of the interior of the head seemed to me to be of a 1930 Ulster - which had parallel valves. The 1937 Ulster shown racing had the semi-radial layout. There were no shots of the fully-radial layout even though it was discussed.
one of these used on 'then came bronsen'... 'the old motorcycle fiasco' classic barnyard drifting and stream jumping!

For a Rudgie enthusiast, a great little film. I even learnt some things about my own Rudge Special from it. Thankyou and safe riding.
