@Funkyfunkable Indeed, if you're on Heroic difficulty and the the Elite is blue, switch to Legendary, start the level then switch back to Heroic and the Elite will be gold.

If you want to be less stressed, do this with friends so you can laugh at them fail. I remember one time my friend went for it then I shot the elite and it turned around and he meleed it and failed... he then kept retrying and finally got it, one hour later. just got achievement, took about 15 min not too bad, i am noticing one thing you point out but people don't listen some times, you must assasinate an elite from a fall that would kill you if you use sprint you will servive so only use it to get jump distance but about 1/4th of the fail tap lb then do the assasination. it is hard to do, but it is possible
