but they also got four national languages: lingala, kikongo, swahili(most spoken) and tshiluba.

Last not least there are 238 other slangs going on in DRC. i havn´t bin there yet, but the vid seem`s to indicate some english going on at least in kinshasa. Enjoy traveling there but take care of yourself, honey. As fare as i know, it could be dangerous. specially in the eastern parts of DRC.

They have awesome beer in the Congo. I was told that one of the first things the Belgiques did after they "colonized" the Congo was to build breweries. As such, Congo beers do have a distinctive Germanesque quality to them. My favorite beer there was Primus -- drank a bunch of it.

Its all good.But at the same time the reason why the Belgium made those breweries was to keep the people down.It had a huge effect on congolese culture and is one of the main reason why Congo is doing bad today.Its really hard to change the mentality now.
