  • Very nice video. I have a question, though. I recently started performing exercises that used the lats quite a bit. That being the case, my lats (the whole of them) are really sore. They are not excruciatingly sore, but still above the normal level. Is there any self-massage that I can perform or anything that I can do to reduce the soreness, and speed my recovery?
