After visiting the Autoshow, i sat in a S550, a 750Li, and an A8.

But after sitting in the XJ, those 3 mentioned aren't even close in terms of comfort and quality. It even looks better than the Germans in my opinion.

Like Jeremy Clarkson said, if i had $150000 to purchase a big luxury saloon, the Jag is hard to beat.

My parents own one of these and I had the privilege to drive it today for the first time, let me say, it was a lot better than I had anticipated. Very sleek and sporty, we live in Charlotte, so mostly there are XFs all over the place, so it's nice to have a rarer car, we always get compliments on it. Also, the front seats have a back massager.

There a only a few new Jaguars I see in Australia. Mostly the XK and I have seen one XKR (sounded beefy looked sleek and bold) on the way home at night the other day though. This huge, sleek and long limousine type car swept past. Engine was a whisper. I saw an XJ in Australia! :D Hope to see more British cars I am not a fan of Australian performance cars.

he's right tho.. when I drove an S-classe I was absolutely amazed by the quality, the drive and everything. But then when I went into the XJ, my jaw just dropped. Every detail, everything the car does, is not far from perfect. I can't recall any other car that drives nearly as good as the XJ does. Maybe the 600 Grosser in it's days.
