This movie is about Israeli air force flight cadets. Of about 200 that are spoted as having chances to fit well in terms of physical abilities, coordination, personallity, leadership and academic skills only 80 pass the first special day of selection. Those are then invited to continue to one week of preparatory stage before flying course -of those, 20 are passing and starting the flying course a year after. Of those, only 3-4 will become air crew &only one will eventually become fighter pilot.
