There is if you buy the international version of the game. It was only released recently. That is the only reason I bought the game. I hate poor English dubbing.
@EdwR1 The voice actors are bad and the translating is poor. The English dialogue sounds really unnatural. I prefer all things to just be left in their native languages. If the dialogue doesn't sound natural it kills the believability of the story. I would rather read than listen to a half-assed dub, no matter what the original language is.
