when you have extra strength given to you through cheating then its much easier to apply what others consider to be perfect form. the guys with the best form have superior strength because optimum sprinting form requires superhuman strength and optimum lever length and muscle insertions..which is why only a few get to sub 10. its also why many get stuck at just over 10s.

Nah man. The only reason your arms have to move when you sprint is to counteract any rotational forces caused by the leg recycling. Faster leg movement DOES NOT mean faster running.
Running speed is dependent on ground forces, and how rapidly you can apply that force at ground contact.
gatlin is not a power sprinter... not iven close. Ben johnson is a power sprinter. Gatlin is a mix of tecknike and power, but not pure power, no way... never
Powell is the best model to go from instead of usain or gatlin, because not all of us are 6'5" and can never run like we are 6'5". And not all of us are power sprinter like gatlin if u dont have the muscle strength to do the motions they are useless. Powell's technique is sooo complex im still working on it. I can handle pressure in a big race but powell just seems to mess up in these situations. thats the only thing you shouldnt copy from powell.
I dont know about that. Powell drive for about 50-60 meters--Thats a lot of energy and requires more strength. Powell makes it look easy but let someone else without strength do it...lol
USA team recruits just say that to scare u they just use it to find out what supliments u take so they can attribut it to your sucess. I know ppl that have taken protein shakes that some coaches said were illegal and they never tested positive a day in their life... if they sell it at GMC it wont or shouldnt test you positive. if it does test u positive yur licky cuz u could sue GNC BIG TIME for a incident like that.
