@Gooshnads it's called a false animation glitch. For some reason or another the npc ended up using the wrong animation. Has nothing to do with rag doll mechanics. Happens in every game that has 3d models or animation of any kind.

If you look closely, you can see that the thing actually moved the objects below. This isn't just a monitor glitch. I think this is included in the game. There are just so many weird extras that happens in any SH game.
