Hey man thats great keep up the great work. Alittle advice after working out some time make a shake in a blender with some frozen strawberrys and frozen bannans this might sound werid but peanut butter because after working out it takes 5 day to get your muscles you burn to get back so if you do this it can help with a muscle inhansment.

Your on the right track man, i take the same exact bottle of whey and same flavor too, but i also add the unflovored creatine powder in the same drink, i drink 3 shakes mornin, 20 mins before n right after. Good luck man, im gettin the blender bottle thx to ur review.
