I bumbled on your video for NewGuides. Thanks! I am trying to make an enlargement of a photo that would be big for my printer, so thought of enlarging it, then dividing into fourths and printing each and putting the four together. Register shouldn't be too hard. Hope that isn't nuts! How would I go about it? Thank you!
I have never been able to work out how to find the mid point ... and just happened to find your tip tonight ... many thanks for putting it on YouTube and helping us all out. Cheers from Oz (Australia)!
If you save the file as a PSD then the guides remain. This is nice for me because I use Gimp as well and I can reuse these guides in Gimp and so can those that use my layered files I offer with any program that they are using for their project.
