if you are talking about the whistle and bell it's because it came with the bell and also thats the closest I could find to the 4449 whistle because the 4449 whistle didn't allow long and short blasts, but now I figured out how to fix the 4449 whistle and I have it on my 4449 now and I have a video of it on here with the edited 4449 whistle and bell on it if you want to check it out

it's called "SP 4449 and SP&S 700 w/ Orient express" I also made a much better whistle bell for the 4449 and I uploaded it to train-sim dotcom if you want to check it out it's called "MSTS SP 4449 Sounds"
