Flatspin is a back-leaning off-axis rotating trick - this trick is forward-leaning. Feet are below the level of the head (ie. at no point is the trick fully inverted) - the trick is therefore a Bio 7.

Thats a Bio 720 isn't it? Off-axis 720 spin where the axis of rotation is oriented forwards as opposed to backward. If he was laning backward into the spin it would be a cork 7.

@turkeyjazz here in Europe that trick is known as a Bio 7. Perhaps elsewhere they call it something else, but the axis of rotation is forward toward the landing, two full rotations and the trick is never fully inverted at any point = Bio 7. The same trick getting the feet above the head is a Misty 7.

Yes it's a flat 7, you can do a flat 1080 if you want, the tricks is that, after flat 3 or 5 you start to spin on you, like a cork so it gives a flat 7 or 9.
